Verified A beautiful property
We spent three nights here and while there were minor hiccups, the overall experience was more than satisfactory. The resort is in a narrow lane off the road. And we had trouble finding the direction. Called the reception, and the guy directed us well. There's a board on the main road to direct us towards the exit, but we missed that too. However, once we entered, oh boy, I was lost. Maybe it was the wind-chime at the front door, or the lawn beside, or the greenery around. And it was going to be better. We had two rooms booked, and the decoration was somewhat vintage. The rooms were spacious. And the lighting, combined with the work of wood and stone gives you a luxurious feeling.Instead of room service, we had our food at the buffet every morning and at night, and loved whatever we had. From soups to curries and Naan to rice, every dish left us craving for more.We enjoyed more walking around, at the hotel, lawn, the views and the mini waterfall, than the tourist spots in Dharamshala. The only disappointment was the absence of lift to the roof top restaurant, which has at 4th or 5th floor probably. Can't walk that many steps. By the way, I am not sure but the staffs can also help with light sports arrangements. Check at the reception if you feel like.
