Excellent Nestled in a picturesque village overlooking the Dhauladhar, this resort is a gem.The character of their compound is carefully constructed to add on to the peace and quiet. The thing that stood out the most for us was the exceptional service of their staff.Vineet and Rakesh at the reception along with Abhimanyu and the staff at both The Cliff [their rooftop bar] and The Secret Garden [their in-house restaurant] always wore a warm smile on their face and went out of their way to make our stay that bit special.Go to this place for their view, stay for their hospitality.

Something for everybody Apart from the beautiful and tranquil space that the property boasts off, the best part about the resort is that it has something for everyone. Whether you are travelling solo or as a couple or a big family group, on a holiday or a business trip- the two restaurants with WiFi, a pottery studio, massive garden area, one can find ample space to spend time however they want to. There are live events held often on their rooftop bar and restaurant The Cliff (view is unbelievable btw), which adds to the whole experience. I attended the Tibet International Film Festival and a live performance by Samar Mehdi during the time that I was there. It is easily accessible and has ample parking space, if you are driving down. There are cottages, suites and luxury rooms, offering accommodation at various rates. All in all perfect value for money!

Peaceful Retreat This hotel is in need of a renovation. But having said that there are a lot of positives going for it. It has a great location, close to the wonderful Norbulinka Institute, with easy access to Dharamshala and Mcleodgunj. Yet it is removed from the bustle of the town, and is hence very quiet and peaceful. It overlooks great view of the snow-clad mountain and is surrounded by greenery. It has two wings and old one and a new. The newer wing seemed to have the larger rooms with better views. We were allocated a room in the older wing but requested (and got) a room in the newer wing that was larger and had better views. The rooms are comfortable though like I said earlier, some of them do need a renovation. But what really won us over was that the team was eager and willing to go out of the way. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and efficient and I must mention Vijay who ensured that were served quickly and adequately. However there are also a number of very good eating options nearby, so if you want to eat out, it is easy to do.Another wonderful feature of this hotel is that it houses a pottery studio and store where one can not just buy wonderful designs but also experience the making of pottery. One small negative that must be mentioned is that it inevitably took a long time (almost 10 mins) before the cold water in the taps turned hot. This is something the management must take care of because it inevitably led to a lot of unnecessary water wastage, since we could hardly do without hot water in December.Overall we had a great stay and would love to be back.

Great experience! I stayed at this resort for 5 days and had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The facilities are basic but very comfortable. The view of the mountains from my room (202) was exquisite. The hospitality here is amazing. Would like to especially mention the manager Mr Kapil who made it a point to make sure my stay was comfortable. Thank you to the management and staff of Blossoms village!

Great views, beautiful curated property abundantly suitable for family, solo travellers We had a gala time at the property. They gave us a great room with a great view of the mountains. Also, it is neatly connected with popular spots of the city.I would also recommend their rooftop restaurant that offer great food and views. Highly recommended to try it in winters to get the best of the mountain air along with the warmth of a nice cuppa. A little concern is that of its discoverability on Google maps, as the app struggles to pin point the exact location; otherwise, we would highly recommend this property to all the travelers.

A beautiful property We spent three nights here and while there were minor hiccups, the overall experience was more than satisfactory. The resort is in a narrow lane off the road. And we had trouble finding the direction. Called the reception, and the guy directed us well. There's a board on the main road to direct us towards the exit, but we missed that too. However, once we entered, oh boy, I was lost. Maybe it was the wind-chime at the front door, or the lawn beside, or the greenery around. And it was going to be better. We had two rooms booked, and the decoration was somewhat vintage. The rooms were spacious. And the lighting, combined with the work of wood and stone gives you a luxurious feeling.Instead of room service, we had our food at the buffet every morning and at night, and loved whatever we had. From soups to curries and Naan to rice, every dish left us craving for more.We enjoyed more walking around, at the hotel, lawn, the views and the mini waterfall, than the tourist spots in Dharamshala. The only disappointment was the absence of lift to the roof top restaurant, which has at 4th or 5th floor probably. Can't walk that many steps. By the way, I am not sure but the staffs can also help with light sports arrangements. Check at the reception if you feel like.
